The CS 1a Immo PK fund will distribute 45.00 Swiss francs per share, while the CSREF Interswiss, CSREF LogisticsPlus, and CSREF Siat will pay out 4.81, 3.50, and 3.38 Swiss francs, respectively. Payout ratios are around or slightly above 100%, and a merger of the Interswiss fund with the UBS (CH) Property Fund - Swiss Commercial "Swissreal" is planned for 2026 or 2027.
